I recently stayed at Roma Castle Termini for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The reception staff, particularly Rashel, were extremely professional and friendly. The rooms were clean with a private bathroom and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel's location was perfect, with close proximity to trams, metros, supermarkets, and local grocery shops. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby. Additionally, the Toma Termini Rail station was just a 10-minute walk away.

The staff was amazing! They were so friendly and helpful, giving us great tips on sightseeing and even letting us store our bags after check-out. The location was also very convenient, with a metro station just a short walk away. We could easily explore the city, and even walk to the famous Colosseum in about 20 minutes. Plus, there was a supermarket nearby and a small kitchen in our room, which was a nice bonus.

That the area was a bit dirty, but we quickly realized that it was common in most parts of the city. Another issue was the lack of a warm blanket, but we were able to talk to the owner and solve this problem.
